About LanoBots
LanoBots is the gateway into the LanoVerse—a futuristic world rooted in Foundational Black American culture, where city blocks and country roads, music and fashion, history and technology all shape the future. At the center, the LanoBots, each carrying their own color, identity, purpose, and story. But they’re only part of something much bigger. The LanoVerse is a living universe built across comics, animation, music, apparel, collectibles, and experiences—designed to grow far beyond any single character or story.
The LanoVerse
The LanoVerse is a living, evolving future rooted in Foundational Black American culture. From city blocks to country roads, it is a world with its own history, technology, fashion, music, language, communities, conflicts, and rules—where echoes of the past collide with possibilities of what comes next. The LanoBots are our way into that world, but they are not the limits of it. Each character carries a different perspective, purpose, and story that reveals another piece of something much larger. Every comic, animation, song, design, and release expands the same connected universe. This isn't a brand built around mascots. It's a world built to keep growing.
The Mission
LanoBots was created with a bigger ambition than telling one story. The mission is to build an original universe where Foundational Black American culture isn't added to the future—it helps define it. Our experiences, humor, style, music, history, communities, and imagination belong at the center of worlds built to last. That means creating more than great characters. It means building a franchise with its own identity, mythology, rules, and culture—told through comics, animation, music, fashion, collectibles, and whatever comes next. What you'll see and experience here isn't standalone, happenchance, or a coincidence. Though it is original. Welcome, to the LanoVerse.
